Hi, I am giving some suggestions based on my experience of handling similar situations at our society in Noida. I have tried to give constructive suggestions in a hope that some of this could be useful. You can add comments and your alternative/added suggestions. But, please try to avoid negativity. We will not achieve anything with negativity.   Distributed responsibilities/Wider participation: Current scenario: All decisions are taken by EC and there are very few hands to handle the issues. This makes it difficult to take quick and informed decisions as it is difficult for few people to look into everything. Solution: We need to distribute work to members and involve them into day-to-day activities of complex. We can make sub-committees for different work constituting 2-5 members for focusing into various issues. For example, there could be sub-committees for House Keeping (garbage collection), Utilities (water, electricity), Facilities (lifts, swimming pool, gym), Security, Legal is
